HOW TO GROW CHILI SOLOK

This time, I was walking in Siti Khatijah market, I came across solok chilli seeds in Siti Khadijah Market. It's fun because if you want to make pepper solok in Kota Bharu, where have you ever seen this solok chili. Plant it sometime but it's fun because the seeds are already in hand:

Siamese seeds come for RM3 (if I'm not mistaken) per package.

Today we will learn how to grow chillies, in this first part I will explain about the materials and equipment needed to successfully grow these chillies.

1. Chili seeds

There are many types of chillies available in the market, no matter whether in supermarkets, seed shops or on the internet. Among the types of chillies available in seed shops are:

in this session I will use the F1 568 type as our teaching material because this type is easier to care for and suitable for those who are new to chili farming.

- the choice of water pump depends on how many trees will be planted. if the pump used is not suitable, it can cause the pipes installed to be disconnected or the water pumped does not reach the tree, or the water that reaches the tree is insufficient. in this session we will use aquarium pipes as we will be planting only 20 trees for starters

7. 16mm pipe

- These pipes can be purchased at a nearby hardware store. usually it sells for 60 cents /meter.

- since only a few trees will be planted, then we will use the black trash can as a water bin. bins must be new, do not use used ones.
